What size am I? 

Please check our size guide for more specific measurements as each product sizing may vary. We recommend getting your actual size as our products tend to be true to size. 

Do you accept refunds? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept any refunds on full price items & discounted items. 

We can only accept refunds if there is a mistake on our end i.e. printing error/mistake. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Arrival items with orders being shipped out may vary. If you selected a pre-order item please bare in mind it will take 4-6 weeks for your items to be processed & packed. Please expect delays with pre-orders as they may not arrive at that exact time/date but we will continue to provide updates to let you know. 

What if I select regular shipping? 

If you have selected our regular shipping methods please allow 1-3 days for us to process your item.

How do I know who is shipping my item? 

All items are shipped via Royal Mail, once we have shipped out your item to them we will provide a tracking number which you can track on their website. 

Do you ship orders internationally? 

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping please note that prices may vary with shipping compared to UK shipping. However, please also note that we are NOT responsible for any custom charges and will have to be paid out by the customer.
